The information below demonstrates how to reset your password when you see the notification on your Account page that your password is about to expire.
After you login, go to the 'My Account' area.
- This is your Home Page when you first log in to iHAMMS Online.
- It shows the Chain Administrators that oversee activity and provide you support.
- Click on the 'My Account' button to go to the page for changing your password.
Enter user name and new password.
- You may change your user name if you wish. This is the user name you use to log in. Examples are 'receptionhotelname', 'hotelffp', etc. Do not use international or special characters and no spaces.
- Enter your new password according to the requirements shown (red arrow).
- Enter your new password to confirm.
- Click on the 'Save' button to save your information.
After you click the 'Save' button you will be see a message with notification of what is going to happen next.
Confirm your Account
You will receive an email to your account email address on file that looks like the above. PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY!
- Your name and user name (login name) are listed.
- The hotel properties that you have access to are listed.
- Your new password is listed.
- You must click on the confirmation link before you are allowed to login to the iHAMMS System. If you do not click on the link and get confirmation, your account will remain locked.
- After you click on the confirmation link and get confirmation, you can proceed to login to the iHAMMS system with your new information.
